Small Beach House Design with Beautiful Zen Garden

Its a perfect sample of small house that was located off a walk street with views of the Pacific Ocean and Malibu coastline, a small residence typically take less energy to heat and cool, so its more eco-friendly. Built on the 30 x 60 foot envelope this residence is an exercise in careful space planning, the designer must work hard and spend out all their creativity to create a beautiful small house on the limits of height, width and depth, which left little perimeter space to satisfy the client’s desire for a garden. The solution was to create an open green space in the center of the structure, at the ground floor level. On one side of this are the children rooms, on the other are the master bedroom and bath, which open to what has become an interior Zen garden. Constructed with a combination of wood and concrete this house has a beautiful exterior and interior, personally I like the tiny zen garden with any furniture for relaxing, in the front of gorgeous sea views its a great place for brainstorming.
